Shea Butter
This butter has its natural origin in the nuts of the shea tree. It provides emolliency and occlusion on the skin to which it is applied, so that it softens its texture and moisturizes it by preventing water loss and protects it, forming a barrier, which makes it ideal for drier skins. In addition, it has a high content of fat-soluble vitamins A and E and fatty acids, which improve skin firmness and elasticity. It is also used to protect against photoaging and to attenuate irritations and inflammations. It is also able to improve the sun protection factor of filters used in cosmetics.
